EXLR8 Equestrian Performance Program

One-of-a-kind program designed specifically for Equestrian Athletes. This program will offer the rider improved equitation, balance, stability and control while strengthening the key muscle groups that will EXLR8 your performance.  Great for the leisure rider and the competitive athlete, this program includes an in-depth consultation and 1 hour riding and fitness assessment.
·         Choose from 4, 8, 12 week or recurring training program options
·         Equitation analysis and fitness evaluation
·         Nutrition guidance and supplement information for sports performance enhancement
·         Customized weight training, cardio, strength, stability and flexibility training programs
·         In-saddle exercises designed to improve equitation and communication with your horse
·         Specific stretching guide to prevent injury and ensure proper posture
·         Weekly check ins and biweekly evaluations to monitor progress and reassess goals
·         I will work with your coach/trainer to determine your strengths and weaknesses to improve your performance.
 
4 Week Program              $75
8 Week Program              $140
12 Week Program            $200
Monthly Recurring Program starts at $65/month-price quote upon consultation. Offered in 6 month and 12 month contracts.
My personal experience is in 12+ years of English riding and training in the Temecula Valley, with an emphasis in Hunter, Jumper, schooling level Dressage, Cross Country, Trail Riding and a special concentration in English Equitation. My knowledge and training gives me confidence in training the western rider as well.
I  am located in the Temecula Area and will be serving a 20 mile radius for in-person training (within 50 miles available for fee). Programs also available for online/distance training format.
